This is your private and personal working space. You can organize and store research documents or correspondence,
and collaborate with IVI members.
The Project Management System, a tool available on the
Personal Office floor, enables members to prepare research proposals jointly
and to track their projects. Each time you log out of the office, your
work for that day will be saved and will be available the next time you
log in. The work environment will be the same as when you left it. Be
assured that no unauthorized personnel have access to you private portfolio.
The other functions being developed are virtual office
tools such as File Drawer, Personal and Shared Notebooks. The Annotation
function provides the tools to highlight and underline text, add post-it
notes and save annotations automatically.
The products of IVI collaborations such as research proposals,
planning documents, journal articles and educational materials will be
archived in the Information Resource Center.
